Yes, when scheduled in advance. We handle the standard 11 AM checkout to 4 PM check-in window across Saint Johns, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Saint Augustine.
What is included in a vacation rental turnover?+
We strip and remake the beds with fresh linens, sanitize the bathrooms and kitchen, restock the toiletries and paper goods you provide, do a damage walkthrough, and stage the home photo-ready for the next guest.
Can you coordinate with my booking calendar?+
Yes. Many of our hosts share calendar access with us so turnovers schedule themselves. We can also work from emailed booking dates if you prefer.
What if a guest leaves the home in bad shape?+
We will let you know right away with photos and an estimate of any extra time needed. You make the call on whether to charge the guest from there.
